Wafeer Loyalty Terms and Conditions

1. Earning Points Guidelines

  1. Your Wafeer Account must be activated to start collecting points.
  2. A minimum purchase of 15 Saudi Riyal (SAR) per transaction (excluding VAT) is required to earn points.
  3. Each customer can earn points for purchases up to 3,000 SAR per month. Any amount beyond this will not be eligible for points.
  4. For every 20 SAR spent, you will earn 1 point.
  5. When you accumulate 300 points (equivalent to spending 6,000 SAR), you will receive a 30 SAR coupon.
  6. Points can be earned on all items purchased from Prime Markets.
  7. Points will be reflected in the Wafeer app within 24 hours of completing your purchase
  8. Points will also be awarded during promotional events.
  9. Points are calculated based on the total Without VAT amount.

2. Coupon Generation and Usage 

  1. To generate a coupon, ensure your Wafeer Account is activated.
  2. Once you collect 300 points, you will be eligible to generate a virtual coupon through the Wafeer App.
  3. Coupons must be used within 24 months from the date of issue

3. Terms and Conditions

  1. The Prime Markets Loyalty Program (Wafeer) is operated by Universal Cold Store Company. By participating, you agree to these terms and conditions.
  2. The program is valid for customers registered in the Wafeer App and making purchases at Prime Markets within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  3. Prime Markets reserves the right to cancel any membership or credit points without prior notice to the customer if misuse is detected.
  4. By using the Wafeer card, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions, which may be updated or changed at any time without prior notice to the customer.
  5. The earned Points expire 24 months after the transaction date.
  6. The Wafeer card is not valid for wholesale customers. If a wholesale customer attempts to use the card, Prime Markets has the right to cancel the card and its points at any time.
  7. The program is intended for B2C retail customers only, Wholesale customers and shop owners are not eligible.

Gaining unauthorised access to other computer systems
Interfering with any other person's use or enjoyment of the primemarkets.com.sa site
 Interfering or disrupting networks or websites connected to the site
Making, transmitting or storing electronic copies of materials protected by copyright   without the permission of the owner
Transmitting material containing any form of advertising or promotion for goods and services, junk mail, chain letters or “spam”
 Impersonating another person
 Referring to specific website addresses outside of the "primemarkets.com.sa" site 
 Advertising.
4.2 primemarkets.com.sa reserves the right to refuse to post material on the site or to remove material already posted on the primemarkets.com.sa site. You must not try to re-post material that primemarkets.com.sa, has refused to post on the site or has previously been removed from the primemarkets.com.sa site.

4.3 You will be responsible for all losses, costs and expenses reasonably incurred by us, all damages awarded against us by a court and all sums paid by us as a result of any settlement agreed by us arising out or in connection with:

7. ADVERTISING AND SPONSORSHIP

Third-party advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on theprimemarkets.com.sa site complies with relevant laws and codes. 11.3 Neither party shall be responsible for any breach of these Terms and Conditions, caused by circumstances beyond that party's control.

11.4 Except as expressly set out in these Terms and Conditions, all use of your personal information will be made under our Privacy and Cookies Policy.
